WFNMB - Road to Cartagena
 

In preparation for the WFNMB World Congress to be held in Cartagena in 2026, a series of coordinated conferences will be held between the organizers of the regional meetings, in partnership with WFNMB.

Topics of these coordinated conferences will be in relation to the objective of the World Congress and will be adjusted according to the central theme of each regional meeting.

Speakers
Senior speaker 30-minute lecture (To be selected by local organizers in partnership with WFNMB)
Topic: General NM, PET CT, Theragnostic, Radiation protection, Artificial intelligence , New tracers, Research and molecular biology , Comprehensive patient care and safety , etc.
Young Speaker (under 35 years old) 30 minutes lecture (to be selected by the local organizers)
Topic: Situation of the respective country in relation to the topic discussed by speaker 1, including number of studies carried out, administrative, political or economic difficulties for their implementation (This will serve as input for the meeting regarding the situation of NM in the various member countries, within the frame of the Congress 2026)
During the regional meetings, the prize for "best regional abstract" will be announced, which will consist of free registration to the World Congress 2026 as well as invitation to the closing ceremony as special guests in Cartagena 2026 plus US$1000.- (one thousand US dollars) travel grant to Cartagena.
