Continuing Professional Development

Knowledge is the only resource in the world, that increase when you share it!

Professional development is learning to earn or maintain professional credentials such as academic degrees to formal coursework, conferences and informal learning opportunities situated in practice. It has been described as intensive and collaborative, ideally incorporating an evaluative stage. There are a variety of approaches to professional development, including consultation, coaching, communities of practice, lesson study, mentoring, reflective supervision and technical assistance.

Within our Nuclear Medicine Community mainly national or regional congress are the main source of learning from experts. But not all colleagues have the financial means to attend congresses abroad.

With its partners, WFNMB is committed to deliver education to all regions of the world and invite them every fourth year to the World Congress with special features and prices for professionals from emerging countries.

It goes without saying that in particular E-Learning has the highest potential becoming THE educational resource for dedicated regions.
